What do we understand talking about "capital investments"?

Capital investments are frequently misunderstood as money. However: money is not equal to money. Capital investments cannot be bought with money nor sold. Money on your bank account is to be mistaken as capital. Money only gets its value if in the hand of a capable and competent entrepreneur.

One of the utmost principles is to understand that capital is of spirit nature.

Capital investments are NOT what is visible in form of machines, facilities or financial means. It is the invisible: the entrepreneurial concept, the sum of all abilities from the leading top to the employees and workers. It is the spirit connection, which ties all parts to a comprehensive unit.

The three main pillars of the overall economy are in balance:

What does "neutralisation of capital investments" mean?

We are following the idea, that economy is far more than achieving earnings. Economy adds to the wellbeing of present and future generations.

Capital investments are of spirit nature. According to us, it is inappropriate to talk about owning capital investments. The same is valid for thoughts. Thoughts cannot be privately owned.

It is our conviction, that entrepreneurial performance only makes sense if the capital is appointed to reasonable causes and is renewed. This process includes a plethora of people. The social structures do not belong to the entrepreneur. He / she cannot dictate about his staff. The aim is that social competences and abilities to a meaningful, complementary construct of tasks.

The entrepreneurial capital is neutralised if the following aspects are fulfilled:

  • Capital investments cannot be sold or inherited, but given to a trustee. As consequence, the owner is no longer single determinator of the destiny of his employees but rather part of a community. A diverse society, which strives for a vital and sustainable social system and environment.
  • Capital investments are protected with regard to its orientation (goals, philosophy, principles).
  • Capital investments remind viable (e.g. by trainings of the employees)
  • Gains are used for the development of trades and agriculture or cultural purposes. If necessary, it can be used for intra trainings and investigations.
  • If the head of an enterprise or institution is no longer able to continue his accomplishments and tasks, we support the transfer of the leadership to a capable successor. This means, that the trustees help finding an adequate managing successor. A successor, who is willing and able to ensure the well-being of the organisation, the employees as well as the environment.

If one is conscious about the fact, that earnings are primarily made possible via mental efforts, ideas, inventions etc. one reaches a level of clearness and understanding about where they stem from: from the mental and cultural being.


Esthetical leadership: what does that mean?

The esthetical leadership or leadership development is created by investigating in 12 work areas (» development model). It takes into consideration the ecological and social sustainability. This is equally valid for the use of any earnings and yields. Entrepreneurial decisions are based on ecological, economic and social factors, equivalently.

According to our experience, the most important aspect is to be conscious about the own surrounding and to incorporate it mentally. We foster an active exchange and to a dialogue with our counterparts on an equal level.

What is our main task?

Our task is twofold: it is stabilising and maintaining a dynamic and energetic process. What is our conception in this respect? Stabilisation refers to all endeavours such as our office branch, the different subsidiary companies as well as the Alfred Rexroth foundation. It further refers to the ongoing activities such as production processes in the different companies and the cooperation with our partners. The energizing task refers to the development of new projects, new form of organisations and new strategies. We shape the future.

After our point of view, it is inevitable to have and maintain a relationship to the future. Additionally, it is necessary to flexible, open minded and adaptable in order to be able to react appropriately to ongoing occurrences. According to our experiences, is a clear advantage to be possess a certain imagination with respect to developments as well as to maintain flexibility. This refers to certain vital areas, such as society, culture, technology, economy and ecology for example.
